Company History
Malaysia Pacific 'Land' Berhad (MPL) core business started as a property development and investment companies in 1977. The name was changed in 2005 to Malaysia Pacific 'Corporation' Berhad (MPCorp) with an aim of future diversification into other businesses as well, to avoid the connotation of the word 'Land' as depicted in the original name of the company.
In 2008 the creation of APTEC 'Hub' was to create opportunity of diversification into areas of trade, distribution, warehousing, logistic and other business services. 'APTEC' and 'LAKEHILL' is focus to achieve recognized international 'branding' that will associate APTEC in trade activities and LAKEHILL in property development, respectively.
