Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
Min 5 year(s) of relevant working experience with property developer, real estate consultancy or agency in the sales and promotions of high end residential properties is required for this position.
Must posses hands-on liaison with Bankers and Real Estate agents (local & foreign) to market the development of projects.
Familiar with foreigners purchase guidelines.
Applicants should be Malaysian Citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Applicants must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang
Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia, conversant in Chinese dialects an added advantage.
