Requirements:

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineerin/QS/ Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years related experience in engineering construction, design and contract management for high-rise building, housing development and commercial projects.
• Sound knowledge in construction supervision, conscious in quality control and ability to supervise contractors and consultants overall project management.
• Strong tendering knowledge and project implementation skills.
• Able to plan and organize construction sequence and resolve site issues independently.
• Good contact with Government Authorities.
• Proficient in English & Bahasa Melayu.
