Contract Executive

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Buiding Technology or equivalent.
• Min. 2 year(s) of working experience in the Property Development industry.
• Experience in handling Contractual Management of Projects, Construction claims, issuing LA, certification of site work, calling of tender and etc.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills, self motivated and able to work under pressure, independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiar with site cost contract administration, taking off quantities, site measurement/valuation, tender preparation, preparation of bill quantities, project claim/variation order and final claims.
• Able to organize, co-ordinate and control payment claim from contractor/sub-contractor.
• Able in managing construction project, building construction, infra construction liaise with client, consultant, contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Good command in English & Bahasa.
