Company Current Core Business

It has two prime properties, namely:-

1.  The Wisma MPL in Jalan Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur (a shopping cum office complex, in the prime ‘golden triangle’ district in the heart of the City of Kuala Lumpur within the vicinity and walking distance of KL ‘Twin Towers’ (KLCC), the KL Convention Hall, KL Tower, Pavilion and Bukit Bintang Walk).

2.  Lakehill Resort City and APTEC Trade and Expo City in Iskandar  Malaysia, Johor, comprising a large tract of land of remaining 638 acres, in the Eastgate Zone ‘D’ of Pasir Gudang Special Economic Zone,   (www.aptec.com.my and www.lakehillresortcity.com).

Wisma MPL

The Company has proposed a design of a new 50-storey Office cum  Residential Tower adjoining the existing Wisma MPL and the upgrading of the existing 21 -storey Office Tower and 4 storey existing Shopping Podium into a Grade ‘AA’ landmark project.

 

APTEC and LAKEHILL Resort in Iskandar Malaysia

1.  APTEC Trade and Expo City is designed and approved to be a unique Trade, Expo and Distribution ‘Hub’ of Asia for sourcing, procuring and distribution. It will be the largest in Asia comprising of trade halls, hotels, convention facilities, shopping malls, high-tech offices, apartments, SOHO, International entertainment city complex comprising of about 8 million square feet of Gross Development Area (GDA).  The Government has demarcated it for ‘special’ incentives tax-free status in Iskandar Malaysia and also the Ministry of Tourism Malaysia has accorded it tourism status.

2.  LakeHill Resort City is the ‘home’ of APTEC which is designed as an integral development project complementing APTEC International trade concept with support of lifestyle wellness living, recreation, education, medical, touristic attraction, lake and hill landscape, green healthy environment for work, leisure, play, live and active retirement with dignity and grace.       

3.  The APTEC City is projected to generate a Gross Development Value (GDV) of over RM20 billion in 10 years of operations, which is targeted to commence work in 2011 and complete by 2017 (a 5-year development plan). 

Major infrastructure of roads, public highways, water reservoir, sewerage treatment, electric sub-stations and telecommunication are connected to the said project with surrounding residential population exceeding 300,000.

The Company has already developed and sold about 2000 houses known as Taman Nusa Damai which is immediately adjacent to APTEC and LakeHill with two schools being built by the Ministry of Education inside the development.

4.  The LakeHill Resort integrated development city is anticipated to generate a Gross Development Value (GDV) of over RM3 billion and is targeted to commence in 2011 and to be completed in 2019 (a 8-year development plan). 

The development comprise of a fresh water lake and two mini-lakes, surrounded by gentle rolling hills where most houses are built in stepping formation to ensure adequate views to the lake and APTEC City.  It encompass Malaysia Cultural and Heritage Village, a 6-star Convention Suite Hotel, Medical Specialist Hospital, University, International School, ‘Real Rock’ Café, Retirement Retreat and Housing
